Refund Policy – Martil TV
1. Full Refund (Before Service Begins)
If you request a refund before the subscription period starts, you will receive a 100% refund.
2. Partial Refund (After Service Begins)
If the subscription has started, we deduct the value of the used time (e.g., 1 month), and refund the remaining portion.
Example: You purchase 6 months and cancel after 1 month → you receive a refund for the remaining 5 months.
3. No Extra Fees
We do not charge any processing or cancellation fees.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team with your account details. Refunds are processed within a few business days.
